June 29th, 2010
The Parish Council Meeting was called to order by Father Eric Filmer on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Fr. Eric opened the meeting with the Holy Spirit prayer. Minutes were reviewed for corrections and were approved.
ATTENDANCE: Phyllis Fuches, Andrew Ericksen, Sharon White, Lee Willis, Billy Ray Price, Father Eric Filmer, Richard Fetterman and Mary Walsh.
OLD BUSINESS
- Thermostat: Andy Rhodes will be giving Richard Fetterman a price on putting a timer on the Thermostat in the Walsh Hall.
- For now, painting the Parish hall, rooms, and kitchen will be put on hold.
- Confirmation has been given for the memorial information to put placed on each stained glass window. Drawings also have been completed.
NEW BUSINESS
- Mary Walsh will get with Mary Ann Grose and Brian Rollock to schedule another meeting in regards to the Spaghetti Supper.
- Ladies Guild Report: There was no meeting this month. Food was given to the Serenity House. A luncheon was given for about 85 student nurses. Had a very good turnout and many Parish English and Hispanics helped with luncheon.
- Financial Report: Checking account is $10,050 and Savings is $5,409. Most of Parish Savings went to purchasing the Parish Office. Current savings is for the stained glass windows.
Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned around 8:30 p.m. Next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Fr. Eric Filmer closed the meeting with a prayer.
