The Parish Council Meeting was called to order by Father Eric Filmer on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Fr. Eric opened the meeting with the Holy Spirit prayer. Minutes were reviewed for corrections and were approved.
ATTENDANCE: Mike Fuches, Andrew Ericksen, Sandy Ghelarducci, Brian Rollock, Joseph Rodriguez, Fr. Eric Filmer, Richard Fetterman, and Mary Walsh.
OLD BUSINESS
- Lights are to be changed, Monday, February 15th.
- Votive candles are ordered.
- Television still is being looked into.
- 2010 Calendars still have not come in. Father Eric will follow up.
NEW BUSINESS
- So far $5,000 has been received from the Spaghetti Dinner. A meeting will be held on March 23rd to review any problems.
- Stained Glass Windows - The lady doing the stain glass windows will be here on the February 24th at 6:00 p.m. to go over the designs. Who has donated already and how much is still owed for completing windows will be reviewed by the committee. Payments will be made in three installments according to contract. Father will not advance second payment until drawings are completed.
- Ladies Guild will be collecting items for the troops and making baskets for the nursery at the hospital.
- Richard Fetterman gave the January Financial Report. Spent almost as much as that was taken in.
Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned around 8:30 p.m. Next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, March 16th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Fr. Eric closed the meeting with a prayer.
